To allow us to maintain the strict quality control required by our diverse range of customers and our commitment to ISO 9001:2015, This system instils confidence in the customer that we can fully document every dimension of the part and can store SPC data to meet customer traceability standards if required.
The following inspection documentation can be made available on request should this be requirement of purchase order conditions alongside our usual ISO procedures for quality; this will ensure your quality standards are met.
Our staff carries out First Off, In Process and Last Off inspection throughout a batch. Visual Inspection is also carried out prior to packaging and subsequent dispatch. These processes will ensure a quality product to your exact specification.
On site we have a fully equipped and calibrated Quality Control department. We utilise both Trimos measuring systems and Non-Contact optical & video measuring systems alongside traditional measuring instruments. These processes ensure a quality product to your exact specification throughout the batch, no matter the quantity.
Stereo microscopes offer a range of visual inspection, preparation and manipulation tasks requiring hand-to-eye co-ordination to check for any faults.
